• 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate (we used Whittakers 50%)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans


  • Line a tray with baking paper
  • Melt the dark chocolate using the microwave or a double boiler
  • Stir the blueberries into the melted dark chocolate
  • Using a soup spoon, spoon clumps of blueberry chocolate onto the baking tray
  • Add a few chopped pecans to the top of each cluster
  • Refrigerate until set
