• 1 cup blueberries
  • 175 mls almond milk
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 pitted medjool dates or ½ sliced and frozen banana
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

Place almond milk and spinach in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. If using, blend in protein powder. Add in remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency is reached. This is a thick smoothie so add more almond milk to make it thinner if you wish.

Top with fresh blueberries and your favourite nuts, seeds, fruit or muesli.
